Data controller: King Fahad Medical City — Academic Affairs and Training, Riyadh Second Health Cluster.

The current scope is training only. Do not enter patient data or health identifiers. Accounts, attendance, and answers belong to trainees, not clinical records.

Processing follows the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulation. Any transfer outside the Kingdom at this stage is limited to the training environment and excludes patient data.

Retention: session recordings 180 days, then deleted. Attendance events and adaptation decisions are kept for the academic year, then reviewed. Individual answers are never shown publicly and are aggregated below three participants.

Data-subject rights under the Personal Data Protection Law: access, correction, and erasure where that does not conflict with the append-only attendance log or a legal duty. Submit requests via the contact below.

Cookies used: sign-in session, language preference, meeting passcode unlock, and acceptable-use consent. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
