A Nabd meeting is a real meeting: audio, video, screen share, and chat. The learner is not sent to a separate quiz; the checkpoint appears inside the room during the teaching.

Every answer is paired with a confidence rating. A wrong answer at high confidence is a high-confidence misconception — the most dangerous clinical quadrant — because it is applied to a patient without being checked.

When that quadrant is detected, a remediation path opens in the same session, and the decision is written with its evidence to an append-only audit log. That is the invention: measure, branch, and document in one live stream.
